1. Acceptance of terms
By using our website or booking dog walking services with Happy Dog Walking, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Happy Dog Walking provides weekday dog walking services in Cypress, La Palma, and nearby Orange County neighborhoods. Walks are typically scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to availability.
3. Booking and scheduling
Walks can be requested through our website booking form, by phone, or by text. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. We will confirm each appointment by phone or text. Recurring walks may be scheduled by agreement.
4. Pricing and payment
Our standard rate is $15 per hour per dog. Pricing may be discussed and confirmed during scheduling. Payment terms are agreed upon directly with the client before or at the time of service.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or change a walk, please call or text us at 657-656-2175. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
6. Pet health and safety
You agree to provide accurate information about your dog’s health, behavior, and any special needs. Dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations and free from contagious conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog shows signs of aggression or illness that could endanger our walker, your dog, or others.
7. Liability
Happy Dog Walking takes reasonable care during every walk. However, we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages that result from pre-existing conditions, unpredictable animal behavior, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless for ordinary incidents related to dog walking, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
